How much does shipping cost?

Use incense only with a heat-resistant holder on a stable surface. Keep it away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Maintain good ventilation and never leave burning incense unattended. Allow ash and the holder to cool fully before handling.
What is the return policy?

Phloia incense sticks are made with natural resins, wood powders, and plant-derived aromatic materials. Please check each product page and package for the specific composition of that scent.
Do Phloia incense sticks have a bamboo core?
No. Phloia incense sticks are coreless incense sticks, so they do not have a bamboo stick or wooden skewer inside. Always place the stick in a suitable incense holder or fire-safe dish before lighting.
Do Phloia incense sticks expire?
Phloia incense does not have a strict expiration date. For the best fragrance experience, we recommend using it within 24-36 months after purchase. Over time, scent intensity may gradually soften, especially if the product is not stored properly.
